1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using FoundersNest ("Service"), operated by FoundersNest Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@foundersnest.io of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service — including scraping, reselling our data, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the platform to submit fraudulent funding applications. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Funding opportunities
FoundersNest aggregates and curates third-party funding opportunities. We are not the issuer of any grant, fellowship, or credit listed on the platform. Eligibility, terms, and outcomes are determined solely by the issuing organization. We make no guarantee that any application will be successful.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by FoundersNest and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundersNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
